Authorizer helps you validate the identity of your users and prevent vishing of your help desk or service desk by allowing your staff to send a one time passcode to their mobile phone number (via a bring your own Twilio account integration) or by triggering a Microsoft Authenticator push approval request.
Easily integrates with Entra ID and virtually any third party system including HRIS platforms via a flat file CSV feed. The CSV can be delivered via SFTP to the included Azure storage account or fetched from a remote SFTP server.

When searching for users, Authorizer can simultaneously retrieve records sourced from Entra ID or from your CSV data source.
SMS Code validations can be pushed from any record containing a phone number. Authenticator pushes can be triggered from Entra ID records natively, and from CSV when the user's e-mail address matches their e-mail address in Entra ID.
The user you're validating verbally provides the verification code that was sent to their mobile device to your staff, who input it into Authorizer's verification screen
Your staff will be immediately shown the results of the validation process
Authenticator approvals are just as easy!
Free Trial - We are offering a one month free trial to Authorizer. At the conclusion of the trial, the application will become disabled. Unfortunately, due to Microsoft imposed limitations with Managed Applications in Azure, we are unable to offer an upgrade path from the free trial to the paid version. Re-implementation will be required, however, if desired we can assist with moving some of the configuration over from the free version to the paid version. Once you see how easy it is to set up and configure, you'll quickly know this is not a big deal!
